1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TripWise at wetripwise.com (the "Service"), operated by TripWise. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TripWise provides free online tools including travel budget estimation, editorial travel guides, AI-style itinerary suggestions, and personality quizzes. Exchange rates, fares, and cost figures are estimates for planning purposes only and may differ from actual prices at booking or on the ground.
3. No registration; permitted use
You may use the Service without creating an account. You agree to use the Service lawfully, not to scrape or overload our systems, not to reverse engineer the Service, and not to republish substantial portions of our content without permission.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRIPWISE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ESTIMATES, ITINERARIES, OR GUIDE CONTENT WILL MATCH YOUR ACTUAL EXPERIENCE OR EXPENSES.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPWISE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.
6. Third-party links and advertising
Advertising notice
The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may link to third-party booking or information sites. TripWise does not control third-party content or ads. Ads help keep the Service free. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on TripWise are owned by TripWise or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
